Ingredients

cups
leafy greens
(spinach and kale are preferred)

can
chunk tuna
in water
1
cup
cucumber
diced
1
cup
tomato
diced
1/2
cup
carrots
diced
1
avocado
sliced OR 3 tbsp goat cheese
2
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar* and season with salt and pepper. Easy peasy!
Notes
*If you are making this salad the night before eating it, wait until the day of to add the olive oil and vinegar.
