White Bean and Thyme Dip
Do you ever notice that it’s significantly harder to opt for healthy options when you are with your friends, family or in a big social group? I have found that a lot of people struggle with their healthy eating strategies during these times. Especially when the events are potluck or buffet style rather than sit down. This can lead to a lot more snacking than if we were to portion out a balanced meal and sit down to enjoy it.
In order to lend a helping hand in making at least one healthy option to choose from, here is the perfect dip recipe for you! This White Bean and Thyme Dip is an excellent compliment to crackers, pita bread and fresh vegetables.
Bring this to your next potluck party or make all for yourself to enjoy. Feel confident that you have a nutritious snack option that’s easy to prepare and super versatile for any occasion or flavour.
