Fudgy Tahini Brownies
If you have never tried cooking or baking with tahini, now is your time! Tahini is a thick, creamy paste made out of ground sesame seeds and is commonly found in Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. You may have heard of it in products like hummus and other dips or spreads.
Two tablespoons of this paste provides 5 grams of protein and is a source of calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, fibre and healthy fats! WOW!
Incorporating this with a sweet brownie mixture makes it all the more decadent. This rich and fudgy treat is the perfect dessert to bring to a gathering because it is gluten-free, dairy-free and oh so delicious…an overall crowd pleaser, if you will!
