Easy Homemade Tzatziki

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 English cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic cloves, lemon juice and dill. Stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with pita chips or vegetables. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
