Easy Homemade Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 English cucumber, grated and drained
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic cloves, lemon juice and dill. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pita chips or vegetables. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
Super easy with either fresh or dried dill; my go-to recipe!
