Tropical Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen fruit my favourites: raspberries, mango and pineapple
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 6 popsicle molds and place the handles/lids on top.
  • Keep the popsicles in the freezer for 4-6 hours (or overnight).
  • Once they are completely frozen and you are ready to enjoy them, run the popsicle mold under hot water for 5-10 seconds. This makes it easier to remove the icy treats from the container. Enjoy!
