Ingredients

540 ml can
chickpeas
drained and rinsed

tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Once the chickpeas are drained and rinsed, pat them dry with a tea towel or paper towel.
In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with the olive oil and spices.
Place the chickpeas on a baking tray, and cook for 30-40 minutes or until they reach your desired texture.
Let them cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the seasonings however you prefer.
