Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mason jar or mug whisk together the tahini, lemon juice and garlic.
  • The lemon juice will quickly thicken the tahini so wait until you are ready to serve the sauce to thin it out with water. Start by adding 1 tbsp of the water and whisking again, followed by 1 tsp at a time until you have reached the desired consistency.
  • Add a dash of salt and serve on top of your chosen dish or alongside it for individual portioning.
