- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with tin foil or a silicone baking sheet liner. 
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, coconut, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. 
- In a large bowl, add the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract. Whisk together. 
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix together until everything is well incorporated. 
- Pour the granola on the baking sheet and spread it out evenly. 
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. If you want the granola to be crunchier, bake for another 5-10 minutes or so.  
- Serve on top of yogurt, oatmeal, cereal or a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
