- 1 ½ medium frozen bananas
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Brazil nut
- 1 cup milk or plant-based beverage
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust with extra fruit or liquid, depending on your preferred texture and consistency. Enjoy!
