peanut-lime-sauce

Peanut sauce has been a family favourite for as long as I can remember. My mom absolutely loves drizzling this over skewers, chicken bowls and rice wraps with shrimp. So with her exposing us to it at a young age, it was a given I would like it too.

There are thousands of recipes online for peanut sauce, so I needed to come up with my own to make sure I have a forever go-to. This combination was discovered while I was creating the Peanut Lime Chicken with Zesty Rice Noodles recipe, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Using only 6 ingredients and minimizing the effort to put it together, it’s a no brainer. I also love how versatile it is. You can substitute almond butter if you have a peanut allergy in your household. Increase or decrease the amount of sriracha, depending on your spice tolerance. Keep the consistency thick for a dipping sauce or thin it out with water to drizzle over salads and bowls. Customize it to your exact preference!

Once you make this Peanut Lime Sauce, let me know how you decide to use it. I would love to see your creations!
