Lemon and Rosemary Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 cups Brussels sprouts , washed and trimmed (cut in half if they are large)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir occasionally until tender or a knife or fork can be inserted easily (5-7 minutes).
  • Remove the pan from the burner, keeping the Brussels sprouts in the pan. Coat the sprouts in lemon juice, garlic powder and rosemary and stir.
  • Serve warm with lemon zest as a garnish and any salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
