Hemp Seed and Almond Butter Cookies
Cookies don’t need to be nutritious to be enjoyed. The typical butter, sugar and flour should be enjoyed without guilt in a balanced diet. However, I still like to experiment in the kitchen when there is an opportunity to add some plant-based healthy fats and protein.
Not only are they delicious, but almond butter and hemp seeds pack a punch of monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. If you are looking to elevate your cookie game, try out this recipe.
