Cozy Baked Apples
Tomorrow is Pi Day (3.14) and we are currently experiencing an unexpected amount of snow, making us want to curl up and be cozy inside.
With this in mind, I wanted to create a healthier version to an apple pie that is super easy to put together but (almost) as delicious as your grandma’s famous recipe.
Get through the last of these cold winter days with a comforting baked apple. No judgement if you want to top it off with a scoop of ice cream too!
