With the first signs of spring appearing, I am craving all of the fresh produce and flavours. Salads are a great way to incorporate a variety of vegetables and fruits into your diet but store bought dressings are often filled with added sugars, sodium and artificial colours and flavours.

To avoid these unnecessary fillers, try out this incredible vinaigrette that you can use on greens, grain salads and hearty bowls.

This recipe will teach you how easy and rewarding a homemade dressing can be!
